The MBA program allowed me to hone in on some of the 'softer skills' in business, such as leadership,
writing, communication and presentation. My technical skills were already pretty
advanced (due to an undergraduate
business degree and work experience) but I lacked the confidence in these
other skills which my MBA provided.
