'Initially overwhelmed by the duration of the course, I did not understand how
good and important the MBA would turn out to be. Completing the MBA has given me the confidence and ability to move forward in business helping
me feel a part of the game.
Once you do an MBA the options are limitless, prior to that you do not have the knowledge to diversify
or grow the company. Business confidence is required for business success and
a MBA with UTS will do just that.
I began my career as a toolmaker and worked my way through the family business
to Production Manager and now Managing Director of FJP Manufacturing Pty Ltd
Although my 'on the job' experience gave me the most valuable 'streetwise'
introduction to the company, I felt the need to formalise my qualifications
and decided to complete an MBA with UTS.
I focused my MBA on Human Resources Management and Financial Management which combined with my skills in manufacturing technology and enabled me to grow the family business and move it forward.'
