Accounting and Finance Conversion Courses (AFCC)

The Accounting and Finance Conversion Courses (AFCC) is a UTS continuing professional education short course administered by the Accounting Discipline Group. It is a non-award bridging course and does not lead to a degree or diploma.

The course equips people to continue a career in or make a career change to accounting by offering subjects that satisfy the academic requirements for entry to the professional programs of CPA Australia,  Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). The course is designed to allow flexibility in subject selection so you only need complete what you need to.

If you need to complete most or all of the core curriculum/knowledge areas, it is recommended you instead consider a full award postgraduate accounting degree such as the (MPA) Master of Professional Accounting Degree Program or the (MBA) Master of Business Administration Degree Program with major in professional accounting.
